Welcome to Earnely ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our mobile application ("Earnely" or the "App") and related services. By using Earnely, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

To use Earnely, you must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction. By registering or using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Use of the App

Earnely allows users to earn virtual coins by engaging with digital content, including watching video advertisements, completing surveys, and performing tasks. These coins may be converted into monetary value once eligibility conditions are met.

  • Use the platform only for lawful and legitimate purposes.
  • Provide accurate and complete registration and payment details.
  • Avoid behavior that is fraudulent, deceptive, or intended to manipulate the system.
  • Interact with ads, surveys, and tasks genuinely and as intended.

3. Data

3.1 Information We Collect

We collect personal and usage data necessary to operate the platform effectively. This includes your full name, email address, banking or PayPal details, device information, IP address, and activity data such as time spent, ad views, survey participation, and task completion.

Our advertising and survey partners may also collect non-personal analytics data to improve service delivery and campaign performance.

3.2 How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to track your earnings, verify withdrawals, improve the performance of the platform, detect fraudulent or suspicious activity, and maintain security and compliance standards.

3.3 Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal data. Your information is only shared with our internal operations and payment teams, as well as trusted third-party vendors such as Firebase, advertising networks, survey providers, and payment processors. All third parties are bound by strict data protection agreements.

4. Earnings and Withdrawals

  • Users earn virtual coins through ads, surveys, and tasks.
  • Earnings are tracked automatically and converted into monetary value based on valid and verified activity.
  • To qualify for withdrawal, users must actively use the app for a minimum of 30 days.
  • On the 30th day, a withdrawal request can be submitted through the app.
  • Earnings are distributed as follows: 87% to the user and 13% retained by Earnely as a service fee.
  • All withdrawal requests undergo a review process and may be delayed, adjusted, or denied if suspicious, invalid, or policy-violating activity is detected.

5. Advertisement, Survey, and Task Participation

Earnely partners with trusted advertising networks, survey providers, and task platforms to provide earning opportunities. By using the app, you agree to engage with these opportunities honestly and as intended.

  • Do not attempt to artificially increase earnings through repeated invalid interactions.
  • Do not submit misleading responses or participate non-genuinely.
  • Survey responses must be truthful and consistent.
  • Task completion must reflect real user effort and engagement.

6. Prohibited Activities

  • Use of VPNs, proxies, or tools that mask or alter your real location.
  • Use of bots, scripts, automation tools, auto-clickers, or other artificial methods used to inflate activity.
  • Artificial inflation of earnings through duplicate accounts, manipulated behavior, or coordinated misuse.
  • Any attempt to exploit system vulnerabilities or bypass platform rules.

Violation of any of the above may result in loss of earnings, suspension, or permanent account termination without eligibility for withdrawal.

7. Account Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be in violation of these Terms or engaged in suspicious or harmful activity. This includes actions that compromise platform fairness, security, or trust.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be communicated through the app or via email. Continued use of Earnely after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
