Earnely retains personal information only for as long as necessary to provide the App, operate reward features, process withdrawals, prevent fraud, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our policies.

11. Account Deletion and Data Removal
Users have the right to request deletion of their account at any time directly within the application or through Earnely's account deletion web resource.
11.1 How Account Deletion Works
Users can initiate account deletion from the profile or settings section of the App. Users who cannot access the App may request deletion by emailing info@earnely.app from their registered email address or by using the deletion instructions on the Earnely account deletion web page. A confirmation step is required before deletion is completed. The account is permanently deleted only after successful verification.
11.2 Data Deletion Process
Upon successful confirmation, the following actions are performed:
- The user account is marked as deleted
- Personal account data is deleted
- Email address and authentication records are removed
- Banking, PayPal, or payout details are deleted
- Activity history, reward sessions, transaction records, and related account records are deleted
- Associated subcollections and linked data, including streaks, leaderboard data, payout details, OTP records, and usage data, are removed
- The user authentication record is deleted from the authentication system
11.3 Account Deletion Removes Data
After a verified account deletion request is completed, Earnely deletes personal account data and related account records and does not retain them.
This includes the account holder's email address, authentication record, banking or payout details, reward history, activity history, and associated records tied to the deleted account.
11.4 Payment Notes
Any approved payment or remaining eligible balance should be resolved before a verified account deletion is completed. Once deletion is completed, Earnely does not retain personal account data or related account records.
Users lose access to account history and platform features immediately after deletion. Any earnings or balances not eligible under the Payment Policy may be forfeited.
11.5 Effect of Deletion
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed. Once deletion is completed, the user will no longer have access to the account, account history, reward features, withdrawal features, or platform records associated with the deleted account.
12. User Choices and Controls
Users may have the ability to access and update account information, manage reward data consent, decline reward data use, request account deletion, contact Earnely for privacy-related questions, and stop using the App if they do not agree with this Privacy Policy.
If a user declines reward data use, they may still access the app, but sponsored content, surveys, and reward-based earning features may remain unavailable unless they accept later.
13. Children and Underage Users
Earnely is not intended for children or users who do not meet the minimum age requirement. Users must be at least 18 years old to use reward-based earning features and withdrawal features.
We do not knowingly allow underage users to access payout or reward-based earning features. If we become aware that an underage user has created an account or provided personal information, we may restrict, suspend, or delete the account.
